• One 12oz bottle of Portland Syrups Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
• One 3.4oz bottle of Portland Syrups Aromatic Bitters
• One 1.5 oz Hotel Starlino Maraschino Cherries
• One custom Portland Syrups cocktail jigger

The classic old fashioned recipe calls for:

• 2 oz of bourbon (whiskey or rye if preferred)

• 1 tsp of simple syrup (our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup adds incredible layers of flavor that processed white sugar cannot)

• 3 dashes of bitters

• Garnish with a cocktail cherry

• Combine all of the ingredients in a rocks glass over one large ice cube.  Add a slice of fresh orange peel if desired.
